Working in care and support means that you make a difference for others every day. You support people who need it the most and receive great gratitude in return. No matter where you choose to work in our operations, you will gain valuable experience and memories for life. Society needs you!

Your Mission

In elderly care, we work to support and care for elderly individuals. This can include personal care or taking medication on time, help with cleaning, and support in making everyday life work better. We offer work in one of our facilities or at the home of the person who needs help and support.

In disability care, we support individuals with various disabilities with personal care, practical tasks, leisure activities, and social contacts. We offer work in group housing, service housing, short-term accommodation, housing support, or personal assistance.

In elderly and disability care, working hours are scheduled either for day and evening or evening and night. Night work can be either awake night where you are expected to stay awake all night, or sleeping duty where you can sleep during the night but be prepared to help if needed. In the majority of our operations, weekend work is also included. (Daily operations do not include weekend work).

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who are interested in trying out a career in care! You must be 18 years or older. You should be able to speak and write in Swedish as you will be documenting social information, performing some medical tasks, and communicating with the individual.

The important aspect of the job is your personal suitability, which means you should have a fundamental view that aligns with the goals and values of social services. You meet and show respect for the needs and wishes of the clients.

It is an advantage if you have a degree in the care and nursing program or the child and leisure program. Also, if you have experience in care and support for people within our operations.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. It is a significant advantage if you have good knowledge of the Office suite and journal systems.
